David Schuster has been filling in for Tucker Carlson and doing an amazing job. He's not in it to regurgitate the latest softball questions that Tucker does; he actually listens to the answers for the questions that he asks and... follows up. I don't think Ron Christie was ready for that.
Christie is a former aide to Darth Cheney as well as Scooter Libby, and is actually trying to defend the latest abomination coming out of this administration that neither the vice president or the president are legally bound by their own administration's presidential order. Whaaaa?!
Christie also tries to discredit the Washington Post exposé on Cheney (which everyone should read) because it relies on unnamed sources, as if this is the first time that's ever happened in journalistic history. Maybe they should change "unnamed source" to "Deep Throat" or "Curveball".
Schuster doesn't take any crap and goes back at Christie like a real journalist should - something I haven't seen in a very long time. Tucker should be careful that Schuster won't become his "Wally Pipp".

All you have to know about ron christie is that here is a blackman who worked for a guy who when he was in congress voted against the M L King holiday and backed the apartied govm'nt of South Africa enough said. As for schuster,he is the best old school reporter NBC has. Ive seen him fill in for mathews on spitball and is always well prepared the difference with him and the rest is that he listens to the answer and follows up while the other guys ask a question and zone in on the next one without listening to the answer or they give a ridiculous answer that goes unchallenged while Schuster cuts them off and says "thats not true".He keeps that up he will be out of a job.
