MSNBC reports that Senator Joe Biden's wife, Jill was involved in a car accident at 9:45am shutting down two lanes of I-95 according to Delaware State Police. No information was offered as to injuries regading the car crash.
A spokeman for the Senator told the Wilmington New Journal that he would not comment on private family matters.
