In other words,you have to repeat the propaganda over and over again(WMD)so that people will believe its true.Thats what the nazis did to the Jews.Made the Germans believe the root cause of their suffering were the Jews.Whenever Bush tries to demonize a leader of a country,he calls them Hitler yet he's the one whose the biggest follower of Hitler's policies.
