The only way Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-NC) will be able to stop saying idiotic things is just to keep her mouth shut.

I think Foxx and Bachman have a secret bet going as to who can sound like the biggest asshole in Congress so far its a dead heat between them and Joe Wilson.
