Imagine President Bush doing the same thing after 9/11. I know, you can't. I couldn't either. In almost eight years, he never did.

And never will.The only one who took responsibility for 911 was Richard Clarke who was then lambasted by the administration and the wing nuts for doing so!How dare he act like a responsible public servant!
